The SafeServer body

The perfection of curtainsider technology, needing no buckles, nor middle posts, nor side slats! Lateral aluminium panels are integrated in the tarpaulin and guarantee highest stability and anti-theft safety. The SafeServer system can be easily opened and closed within only one minute: one quick release lever in each corner posts locks and tensions the tarpaulin. The smooth surface is perfectly suited for advertising purposes.

The SafeServer kit comes as modular kit and contains the following components: front wall, rear corner posts suitable for fix rear wall, doors or tail lift, outer frame profile, roof, side panels, side tarpaulin and mounting set – all components are to be screwed. The front and rear corner posts are made of galvanised steel (optionally of inox steel). The front wall is also available without corner post offset (for smooth loading). The filling of the front wall, the side panels and the attached parts are made of aluminium, the shim plates and sliding rails of galvanised steel. They are also to be screwed with the outer frame. The side tarpaulins made of 900 g/m² quality are reinforced by welded belts and have to be connected to the side panels. The roof is available as fix roof (made of gfk or aluminium) or sliding roof (optionally as lifting roof).
